Cryo Interactive Entertainment war ein französischer Computerspiel Hersteller / Vertreiber. Cryo selbst ist nicht mehr im Geschäft, alle Projekte laufen jetzt unter DreamCatcher Games. Cryo nannte sich früher Exxos.

Allgemein

Bekannt wurde Cryo vor allem für seine extravaganten ausergewöhnlichen Spielideen, die zwar nicht immer glückten, jedoch die experimentierfreude und Innovation der Company deutlich zeigte.

Vor allem auf Gebiet der Grafikadventures führt Cryo das Genre zu ungeahnten Höhen. Ihr Spiel "Atlantis III" gilt mit als bestes und schönstes Spiel, was in diesem Bereich erschienen ist.

Nach dem Flop von Frank Herbert's Dune 2002 ging die Firma bankrott.

Exxos

Gegründet von Philippe Ulrich, Rémi Herbulot und Jean-Martial Lefranc. Unter diesem Namen wurden 4 Spiele veröffentlicht, alles Science Fiction:
